Arnoux Maré is the Chief Executive Officer of ISG In 2011, Arnoux formed Innovative Staffing Solutions (ISS), at the time he was equipped with an idea, determination and an innate entrepreneurial spirit. In the last 13 years, Arnoux has grown ISG from one subsidiary into a key player within multiple industries. He forms a vital role within every subsidiary, company or enterprise that forms part of the ISG compliment. Arnoux ensures that he has a strong team, with prominent experience in the relevant fields and industries, surrounding him. He is excited about the successes and strategies to come in the ISG future, as well as the opportunity to learn and gain experience within both current and future industries.

Liza Trollip is the Chief Operations Officer of ISG. In June 2011, Liza started with ISS as an industrial relations consultant. Over the last 13 years, Liza has worked her way to General Manager of ISG. This year, Liza was promoted to Chief Operations Officer of ISG, an accomplishment well-earned. Liza has formed an integral part of so many of ISG's achievements and highlights. With regard to the future of ISG, Liza is excited to see how all the strategies and transformations being made now will lead to the evolution of ISG and its future successes.

Leoni van Tonder is the Chief Human Resources Officer of ISG. With over three decades of experience in human resources and recruitment, Leoni has cultivated a robust skill set as a seasoned HR professional. Her passion lies in creating workplaces where employees not only excel professionally, but also find fulfilment and purpose. Leoni is dedicated to fostering a culture of belonging, evolution, empowerment, and continuous growth within ISG.
